Spasmine night Jolly Jatel tablets are a food supplement recommended in case of sleep disorders. They are formulated with melatonin which reduces the time it takes to fall asleep, valerian which has a relaxing action promoting restful sleep and passionflower which acts by reducing nocturnal awakenings to improve the quality of sleep.

Using advice

Take 1 tablet per day, 30 minutes before bedtime, for occasional use or as a program for up to 30 days. Renewable if needed.

Composition

Composition for 1 tablet: melatonin 1.8 g; valerian extract 250 mg (750 mg of dry plant); passionflower extract 250 mg (750 mg of dry plant).

Ingredients: valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis), passionflower extract (Passiflora incarnata), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, compression agent: calcium phosphates, coating: Nutrafinish® (hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, talc, natural colour: spirulina extract), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, melatonin.
