Syntholkiné 6 Self-Heating Refills

• SYNTHOLKINE self-heating refills are activated on contact with air. Do not open the sachets until the moment of application.
• Lay the self-heating refills on a flat surface for at least 30 seconds.
• Place the SYNTHOLKINE self-heating refills in the compartments provided in the SYNTHOLKINE reusable belt, with the white side facing outwards.
• Apply the reusable belt around the waist to the painful area (back or stomach), directly on intact, clean and dry skin.
• Adjust the re-usable SYNTHOLKINE belt using the velcro, without tightening too much. The belt reaches the maximum temperature (40°C) in approximately 30 minutes and diffuses constant heat for 8 hours.
• Carefully remove the SYNTHOLKINE reusable belt after 8 hours. Discard the 2 refills.
• Wait 24 hours after removing the reusable belt for next use.
