Using advice

Take a maximum of 1 drop per day (0.33 ml) on a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 of sugar). Occasional use. Do not use pure without support, nor mixed with water. It can also be used in diffusion to fight against infections, limit the spread of viruses and benefit from its effects on well-being.
