Using advice

Take 1 sachet per day. Leave to infuse for 4 minutes before tasting, preferably in the evening after the meal.

A period of at least 1 hour must be respected between taking this product and taking medication.
This product should be used for short periods: do not consume for a prolonged period (maximum 1 week).
In case of sluggish transit, drink plenty and adapt a diet rich in fiber.

Contraindication

Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, children under 12, women with a personal or family history of breast cancer, in case of hypersensitivity to anethole and to plants of the Compositae and Apiaceae family.
In case of gastrointestinal disorders, severe dehydration and in case of kidney or biliary disorders.
If taking medication at the same time, consult your doctor.
