Dosage

1 to 2 drops per day in one take or follow the recommendations of a health professional.

Can be swallowed pure (directly on the tongue or in a teaspoon) or mixed with a cold semi-liquid food preferably (yogurt, compote...). It can be taken in the morning, at noon or in the evening.
