Using advice

Shake well before use.

Adults: 2 sprays per nostril (maximum 5 times/day).
Children from 3 years old: 1 spray per nostril (maximum 5 times a day).
Use within 2 weeks after opening.

Keep out of reach and sight of children. Not recommended for children under 3 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people hypersensitized to one of the following constituents: echinacea, propolis, rosemary floral water, essential oils (ravintsara, geranium rosat, eucalyptus radiata, niaouli), water salt, limonene, citronellol, geraniol, linalool and citral. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention. Not recommended for people with a history of convulsive or epileptic disorders.
