Tonic and stimulating digestion, liver:
1 drop on a sugar or in honey after a meal 1 to 2 times a day.
Motion sickness:
4 drops on a tissue to breathe.
Skin, sensitive, irritated:
1 to 2 drops diluted in vegetable oil and applied locally.
Breathing, disinfectant:
- 15 to 30 minutes in diffusion with true lavender (fine).
- 3 to 4 drops on a tissue to inhale regularly during the day.
