Oral route.

From 6 years old.

Children from 6 to 10 years old : take 2 capsules per day (to be distributed throughout the day).
Children from 11 to 15 years old : take 3 capsules per day (to be distributed throughout the day).
Adults and adolescents over 15 years old : take 4 capsules per day (to be distributed throughout the day).

Indication/Contraindication

Not recommended during the first 3 months of pregnancy.
