Arkorelax® Sleep Fort 8H delivers thanks to an innovative bilayer tablet :

• 1. The ^1st quick-release layer contains 1 mg of Melatonin which promotes faster falling asleep. Passionflower and Valerian facilitate your relaxation,
• 2. The ^2nd layer gradually releases 0.9 mg of Melatonin , Vitamin B6 and Eschscholtzia . This plant helps to limit nocturnal awakenings and to find a restful and quality sleep.

Arkorelax® Sleep Strong 8H does not cause addiction or drowsiness .

• Take 1 tablet per day 1 hour before bedtime , to swallow with a large glass of water.
  Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. This effect is obtained from the consumption of 1 mg before bedtime .

RECOMMENDATIONS

• Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
• If you are under medical treatment (antidepressants, sleeping pills or other sedatives), ask your doctor for advice before taking this food supplement.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• A food supplement for sleep should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
• Keep out of reach of young children.

A few simple hygiene rules

The day

• Respect natural light, especially in the morning: wake up time should be regular, regardless of the length of the night (a sleep in does not make up for a bad night because they are not the same stages of sleep).
• Avoid stimulants after 4 p.m. (coffee, tea, sodas, vitamin C, etc.).
• Practice a sports activity to have a healthy fatigue at bedtime.
• Eliminate the nap (or reduce it: no more than 20 minutes), to prevent it from encroaching on the "sleep capital" of the night.

Evening

• Avoid heavy meals that are difficult to digest. Respect a moment of relaxation between dinner and bedtime in order to digest in peace.
• Avoid intense physical or intellectual exercise (one hour before bedtime) and focus on relaxation.
• Avoid screens that reproduce daylight and therefore do not promote sleep.
• Create an environment compatible with sleep, calm, without lighting, cool and reserve the bed for sleep (the bedroom should not turn into a television room…).
• Do not go to bed too early, only when the urge arises (evocative signs: yawning, loss of attention, fatigue, etc.), but do not miss your hour of falling asleep (sleep is organized in a cycle: if you miss one, you'll have to take the next one!).

The night

• In case of prolonged awakening, do not stay in bed brooding over problems and constantly checking the time. Get up and go back to bed only when sleep returns.

Bulking agent: cellulose - Extract of aerial part of Eschscholtzia ( Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) – Extract of underground organ of Valerian ( Valeriana officinalis ) – Extract of aerial part of Passiflora ( Passiflora incarnata ) – Anti-caking agents: stearic acid, talc, magnesium stearate and cross-linked cellulose gum – Maltodextrin – Spirulina coloring concentrate – Rice starch – Melatonin – Vitamin B6.

Film coating: coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid, cellulose, ethyl cellulose, and carnauba wax. Without titanium dioxide. Lactose free. Gluten free.
