Puressentiel black spruce essential oil is recommended as winter approaches to strengthen the body's defenses and prevent respiratory disorders thanks to its anti-infective agents and expectorant properties. Using advice

To be used in bath, diluted in Puressentiel neutral base for bath and shower (1 drop maximum in 5 ml or in a cap), or in massage, face, hair and body care, diluted in neutral massage oil Puressentiel (1 drop maximum in 5 ml). Maximum 1 time per day, occasional use. Equivalence: 1 ml = 33 drops.
