Using advice

Do not use without its protective cover.
- cold use : refrigerator or freezer, flat, minimum 2 hours before first use. Do not use for more than 20 minutes at a time. Wait 20 minutes before reapplying.
- hot use : in hot water, immerse the cushion in water just brought to the boil, after removing the container from the heat source, 5 to 6 minutes. In the microwave, place the cushion flat in the microwave set at 640w and heat in 2 cycles of 30 seconds. Between 2 cycles, knead the cushion to distribute the heat.
