The Nexcare Coldhot 3M thermal cushion is specially designed to soothe pains such as aches, hematomas, edemas. It contains a gel protected in a pouch to avoid contact with the skin and can also be used in cryotherapy, by placing it in the refrigerator or freezer beforehand, to relieve pain and limit inflammation and edema. It is also used in thermotherapy, by placing it in the microwave for 15 seconds and in this case it acts by reducing muscle spasm, relaxing and relaxing while also relieving pain.

Thermotherapy: place the cushion flat in the microwave oven and heat for 15 seconds, remove it and knead to distribute the heat. Watch which level is indicated in red color after kneading it. If necessary to increase the temperature, iron it for a few seconds in the microwave. The cushion should not be immersed in hot water to be warmed up.
Cryotherapy: place the cushion in the refrigerator or freezer so that it is always ready for use. Apply for a maximum of 20 minutes then wait another 20 minutes before applying the cushion again.

The cushion must always be inserted in its protective cover to avoid the risk of burns.
