Aesculus compound granules is a homeopathic medicine from the Boiron laboratory. Its formula is a synergy of four strains of plant origin: the majestic horse chestnut, the witch hazel, the goldenseal and the plum-leaved viburnum.

They all come from a mother tincture, namely the original macerate of the extracts in a hydroalcoholic solution, without additional dilution.
