Glutamine is an amino acid that provides nitrogen and essential energy for the cells of the intestinal wall.
It is abundant in the muscles and is used, among other things, for the production of glucosamine, which supports cartilage and tendons.
GLUTAVANCE combines glutamine with zinc, which contributes to normal protein synthesis and the functioning of the immune system. Vitamin D, also present, helps maintain muscle function and supports the immune system.

detailed description

Per day, 2.5g (morning or evening) to 5g (morning or evening) or according to the advice of a health professional.
Method of preparation : Pour 1 scoop (2.5g dose) into 100 ml of water or 2 scoops (5g dose) into 200 ml of water; mix well (spoon or shaker) and consume as you go.
The taste is neutral (slightly lemony) and the preparation perfectly soluble.

Indication

I have food intolerances;
I multiply the sports training and I exhaust myself.
