Shake the bottle before use and pour the indicated amount; to consume pure or dilute with a little water.

Adults and adolescents from 12 years old: 5 ml, once or twice a day, or as advised by a healthcare professional.

Children from 6 years old: 5 ml, once a day, or according to the advice of a healthcare professional. After opening the bottle, store in the refrigerator and use within 1 month.
