Hartmann HydroTac Comfort dressings 6.5 x 10 cm are specially designed for the treatment of acute and chronic wounds in the budding or epidermization phase (traumatic wound, burn, dermabrasion, post-operative wound, ulcer or bedsore). These are hydrocellular dressings that protect wounds from shocks and maceration, with a foam that absorbs exudates thanks to its honeycomb arrangement. They also contain a hydro-soothing gel that relieves pain and discomfort, accelerates healing and moistens the wound if it is too dry. These dressings are easy to apply and have an adhesive film that keeps them in place.

Using advice

Clean the wound then remove the protective films n°1 then n°2. Center the dressing over the area to be covered and apply starting at the top edges of the adhesive surround. Press down to secure the dressing. Once the dressing is in place, successively remove film no. 3 and film no. 4. Renew every 2 to 3 days or when the dressing is saturated.
