Magnesium oxide of marine origin; anti-caking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, tricalcium phosphate); valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis); extract of the roots of a small holly (Ruscus aculeatus) standardized to 10% ruscogenin; extract of roots and rhizomes of black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa); zinc citrate; extract of saffron stigmas (Crocus sativus) standardized to 2% safranal; rice protein hydrolyzate; pteroylmonoglutamic acid (vitamin B9); coating (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, fatty acid); menaquinone (vitamin K2); anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids); cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12); cholecalciferol (vitamin D); depyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); melatonin.
For 1 tablet per day :
– Valerian extract: 150 mg
– Extract of small holly: 100 mg, of which ruscogenin: 10 mg
– Cohosh extract: 50 mg
– Saffron extract: 30 mg, of which safranal: 0.6 mg
