Shake well before use. In case of difficulty falling asleep, perform 2 sprays. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime. For continuous use over several months, medical advice is advised. In case of jet lag, perform 1 to 2 sprays. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 0.5 mg just before bedtime on the first day of travel and the days following arrival at destination (4 to 8 days).
Not recommended for renal insufficiency, hepatic insufficiency, people on hormone replacement therapy for menopause and epileptics. For patients treated with warfarin, melatonin supplementation requires regular medical monitoring.
