Oral intake: diluted in a little vegetable oil or pure on a sugar. 1 drop 2 to 3 times a day.
Sleep and relaxation : breathing Mandarin essential oil helps to find serenity for a peaceful sleep. In the absence of a diffuser, place a few drops on a handkerchief placed near the pillow.
Digestive comfort : 1 to 2 drops of Mandarin essential oil on half a sugar or in a teaspoon of olive oil to feel better.
