Usage tips

Olfactory atmosphere : alone or in a mixture, by evaporation.
Atmospheric diffusion : alone or mixed in a diffuser by nebulization.
Cutaneous application : in dilution, 5 to 30% in vegetable oil.
Oral intake: exceptional, diluted in a little edible vegetable oil. 1 drop 1 to 3 times a day.
Dry inhalation : 1 to 2 drops on a handkerchief.
Calming action : in application, dilute it in a vegetable oil to rub the wrists or the chest.
Sport : 30 drops of super lavandin essential oil + 50 drops of ginger essential oil in a 30 ml bottle, complete with sweet almond oil. Massage before and/or after the sports session.
