Using advice

Shake well before use.
2 sprays in the mouth, under the tongue for a fast action.

Do not exceed 2 sprays per 24 hours.

In case of nocturnal awakening: take during the night as soon as you wake up.
In case of difficulty falling asleep: take in the evening 30 minutes before bedtime.
In case of jet lag: to be taken before bedtime on the first day of the trip and the few days following the day of arrival at destination.
Use within 3 months of first use.

Indication

Melatonin can take effect up to 4 or 5 hours after taking it. As a precaution, it is not recommended to drive during this time.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Reserved for adults from 18 years old.
Cannot replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of reach of children.
