Using advice

Take 2 capsules a day with a large glass of water. From 6 years old.

In anticipation of a trip: In general 2 capsules the day before. 1 capsule in the morning and 1 at the start.
In children over 6 years old: In general 1 capsule the day before, 1 capsule at the start.
Do not use during pregnancy and lactation.
