Usage tips

Olfactory atmosphere : alone or in a mixture, by evaporation.
Atmospheric diffusion : mixed, in a diffuser by nebulization.
Cutaneous application : in dilution, 5 to 15% in vegetable oil.
Oral intake: diluted in a little edible vegetable oil. 1 drop twice a day.
Wet inhalation : drops in a bowl of boiling water.
Dry inhalation : 1 to 2 drops on a handkerchief.
Respiratory comfort :
- by wet inhalation: 2 drops of Niaouli essential oil in a bowl of boiling water, inhale for 5 to 10 minutes.
- by cutaneous application (adult): 60 drops of Niaouli essential oil + 10 drops of peppermint essential oil in a 30 ml bottle, supplemented with macadamia oil. Apply 4 to 6 times a day on the chest.
