Novalac Transit + 0-36 months is a food for special medical purposes in case of constipation, hard stools or slowed transit.

Episodes of constipation often occur during the food diversification phase. The child's stools may be hard and he suffers from abdominal pain.

In order to have a regulatory action on intestinal transit, Novalac Transit + 0-36 months has a particular content of carbohydrates (only lactose) as well as minerals.

Novalac provides you with a full range of infant milks that meet your child's nutritional needs (in accordance with regulations). Novalac infant formulas are developed according to strict quality criteria, in compliance with applicable regulations, on ISO 9001 certified sites. More than 500 checks are carried out for each batch.

After having had the agreement of your healthcare professional, the introduction of Novalac Transit + 0-36 months must be done gradually: first, for the first few days, one bottle out of two, then all the bottles.

A health professional should be consulted in case of allergy, low birth weight, prematurity or if the child is immunocompromised.

Using advice

Wash your hands properly before preparing each bottle.
Use a carefully cleaned and drained bottle.

-Use mineral or spring water suitable for infants, or pure water boiled for 5 minutes then lukewarm.
-Heat the required amount of water to a maximum of 40°C then pour into the bottle.
-Add the corresponding number of leveled and unpacked measuring spoons, respecting 1 scoop for 30 ml of water (only use the scoop included in your Novalac box).
- Close the bottle with the flat cap and roll it briskly between the palms of your hands to avoid the formation of lumps.
-Shake it gently back and forth until the powder is completely dissolved.
-Control the temperature (<35°C) by pouring a few drops on the inside of your forearm.
Give this bottle to your child without delay.
