In order to be able to savor all the intensity of the aromas of the plants in your infusion, pour simmering water over a sachet at the rate of 3 cups (200 ml each) per day. Leave to infuse for 4 minutes before tasting.

Indication/Contraindication

Do not use during the 1st trimester of pregnancy.
Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, children under 12 and in case of heart problems.
Not recommended in the event of simultaneous intake of medication (in particular cardiac treatments, and anticoagulants and antiplatelet agents).
Not suitable in case of allergy to lemon balm, linden, chamomile matricaria, and plants of the Asteraceae family.
It is recommended to respect the recommended doses, to take care to have a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
