Usage tips

Olfactory atmosphere : alone or in a mixture, by evaporation.
Atmospheric diffusion : mixed in a diffuser by nebulization.
Cutaneous application : in dilution, 5 to 30% in vegetable oil.
Oral intake: diluted in a little edible vegetable oil. 1 drop 2 times a day.
Dry inhalation: 1 drop on a handkerchief.
Tired legs : dilute 48 drops of patchouli essential oil + 40 drops of Cypress essential oil in a 30 ml bottle, supplemented with Macadamia vegetable oil. Apply the mixture twice a day, going up from the ankle to the top of the thigh.
Itching : 60 drops of Patchouli essential oil in a 30 ml bottle, supplemented with Jojoba liquid wax, apply 3 to 4 times a day.
Mosquitoes : a few drops on a scarf, to wear around the neck or on the wrist, on a walk or on an excursion.
