Picot Expert offers you an AR 2nd age milk powder, specially developed to satisfy the diet of infants between the 6th and their 12th month, in the event that natural breastfeeding is not recommended or too restrictive for the mother. It is a foodstuff for special medical purposes intended to prevent possible regurgitation of milk after feeding. This phenomenon occurs when stomach contents move up the esophagus to the outside of the mouth and most commonly occurs in young children when the digestive system is still too immature to prevent reflux. Although not particularly serious, the regurgitations nevertheless remain very uncomfortable for the baby.

The carob, which is in the composition of this AR Picot Expert milk, thickens the consistency of the milk in the bottle in order to reduce the rate of ingestion by the infant. In this way, the stomach has more time to operate its food processing mechanisms.
On the other hand, carob, which is the seed of the carob tree, a tree native to Syria and used since antiquity, has many virtues that facilitate digestion and regulate gastric reflux. For the rest of its composition, Picot Expert 2nd age AR milk contains essential fats for the body's metabolism, as well as the carbohydrates, dietary fibres, minerals and vitamins present in breast milk. It is also enriched with DHA, a fatty acid essential for proper brain development and vision.

Using advice

1 - Always wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the bottle.

2 - Use water suitable for infants or previously boiled. Pour the recommended amount of water into the bottle, warmed to a maximum of 40°C.

3 - Add the corresponding number of level and loose measuring spoons. Use only the scoop contained in the box. Do not add sugar.

4 - Close the bottle and shake it circularly and vertically until the powder is completely dissolved.

5 - Check the temperature of the milk, which must be lukewarm (37°C), by pouring a few drops on the inside of your wrist.

6 - After use, carefully clean the bottle and accessories. Sterilize them by placing them in boiling water for 10 minutes, or cold by putting them in a suitable sterilization solution. Drain and tightly cap the bottle until use.
