Calm, anxiety and nervousness:
1 to 2 drops in a teaspoon of honey or vegetable oil 1 to 2 times a day.
Flexibility , joints, muscles:
1 to 2 drops of essential oil in a vegetable oil in the palm of the hand and massage the solar plexus and the belly.
Respiratory tracts :
- 1 to 2 drops in vegetable oil in the palm of the hand and massage the throat, chest and upper back.
- 1 to 2 drops in a bowl of hot water for inhalation (do not leave before 30 minutes following inhalation because of the risk of thermal shock as the bronchi are dilated).
