Using advice

Apply a small amount to damp skin all over the body, or locally to contracted areas (neck, back, solar plexus).

Warm the product between the palms of your hands and apply to damp skin.
Apply this body oil to the legs, moving up from the ankles to the waist (repeat the movement twice) then from the wrists to the shoulders and finally from the lower abdomen upwards.
