The Urgo heavy-duty cutting tape is a 1m x 8cm fabric tape specially designed to provide first aid in the event of superficial injuries. It has a micro-aerated structure that lets the skin breathe and a non-stick pad impregnated with antiseptic that protects against microbes and does not stick to the wound. This band is to be cut with scissors in order to have a dimension perfectly adapted to the size of the wound and it adapts to all movements.

Using advice

Clean, disinfect, rinse and dry the wound and its surroundings carefully.
Cut the strip to the desired format. Apply the strip having ensured that there are no foreign bodies in the wound.
Renew at least twice a day.
May cause skin reactions (dermatitis, irritation, pain on removal).

Composition

Tissue Support, Hypoallergenic Adhesive, Compress impregnated with benzalkonium chloride.

Indication/Contraindication

Precautions for use:
Not suitable for children under 1 year. In the event of foreign bodies in the wound, heavy bleeding, bite, puncture with a sharp and/or dirty object or if you do not notice any improvement in healing after 6 days, consult your pharmacist or doctor.

Adverse effects: like any dressing, this product can cause skin reactions such as dermatitis, irritation or even pain on removal.

To minimize any risk of infection or skin reactions:
Strictly follow the instructions for use. Do not reuse a used dressing.
Do not use on wounds longer or wider than the compress and likely to overflow from it. Do not apply to eyes, thin skin or mucous membranes. Do not use after the expiry date. Do not use a damaged product.
