Using advice

Shake well before use then apply only to the targeted area. Adapt the quantity of product applied to the intensity of the heating effect desired, respecting a maximum of 1 application per day, i.e. 1.2 g per day = 20 turns of the roller.
The roller's massaging ball is ideal for self-massage of localized areas. To be completed with a manual massage, if necessary, in this case, massage the product in well, wash your hands after use.
