Usage tips

Tone:
- 2 to 3 drops of essential oil in the palm of the hand with vegetable oil
- 2 drops of sage and true lavender + 3 drops of bigarade petitgrain orange in the neutral bath and shower base.
Traffic :
- 2 drops of sage and 4 drops of cypress in a tablespoon of vegetable oil and massage into the affected areas
- 5 drops in a neutral base bath and shower in the bath.
Skins, buttons:
- 2 to 3 drops of essential oil in a vegetable oil in the palm of the hand, then in localized massages.
