Usage tips

Disinfectant:
- 15 to 30 minutes in diffusion in the room to purify the ambient air
- 5 drops in a bowl of warm water to purify the skin
- 5 to 10 drops diluted in the neutral bath and shower base.
Breathing:
- 1 to 2 drops in a teaspoon morning and evening
- 4 drops in combination with fine lavender, thymol thyme and Scots pine in 100 ml of vegetable oil.
Traffic :
4 to 5 drops in the palm of the hand diluted with a little vegetable oil and massage the legs.
