PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
- The URGO Resistant Warts pen contains a corrosive acid. It is important to apply this product on the warts of the HANDS and FEET ONLY.
- If the gel comes into contact with healthy skin, rinse immediately with clean water and soap.
- External use only.
- If this is a first use, apply the gel to a single wart before treating several warts. Start treating another wart only if you have had no side effects (normally within 5 days). If several warts are close together (within 1 cm), wait until the skin has returned to normal before treating another wart (this can take up to 6 weeks)
- Do not expose the treated area of skin to the sun until it is completely healed. This skin renewal process can last 4 to 6 weeks. In case of prolonged exposure to the sun, the skin may show hypo or hyperpigmentation.
- Do not touch the treated skin as warts are contagious.
- Do not scratch or tear off the treated wart, you have to let it fall off on its own.
- Do not put the product in the mouth or near the eyes. After treating the warts on your hands, wash your hands after 5 minutes to avoid any risk of contact of the product with the eyes or mucous membranes. In case of accidental contact with eyes or mucous membranes, rinse thoroughly with clean water and consult your doctor.
- For reasons of hygiene, the pen must be used by a single user. Do not reuse on other users. At the end of treatment the pen should be discarded.
- Avoid contact with jewellery, clothing, fabrics or furniture as the pen could damage them.
- After each use gel residues may remain in the pen cap, therefore it is recommended to handle the pen cap with care when opening or closing it.
- Keep the treated area clean to avoid infection.
- See a doctor :
o If the wart has not disappeared after 4 treatment periods (4 weeks)
o If you experience irritation, redness or pain.
o If the wart is damaged, bleeding, red or painful, or if the skin around it is red or painful.

WHAT ARE THE POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS OF URGO RESISTANT WARTS, STYLO?
Complications are rare. It is extremely rare for the product to cause a permanent mark or scar. This would be due to abnormalities, such as delayed healing or infections. If this is the case, seek the advice of a doctor.

If applied to healthy skin, itching, burning, inflammation or sensitivity may occur. If you experience such side effects, treatment should be stopped immediately. Rinse skin with clean water and soap to prevent irritation.

Hypo-pigmentation may sometimes appear in the treated area.
Repeated application of TCA-Active™ can generate a scar or localized depigmentation in people with black, dark or mixed skin. If in doubt, please consult a doctor or ask your pharmacist for advice.
