This hot/cold cushion is made of beads, for strong flexibility and malleability. It has an ergonomic shape to perfectly adapt to the area concerned. Using advice

COLD therapy : Put in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

HOT Therapy : Microwave for time and temperature indicated. Mix well to distribute the colors and test the temperature of the pocket before use. Heat for an additional 10 seconds if needed until desired temperature is reached.
