Using advice

Put the compress in the microwave for a few seconds, the refrigerator for a few minutes or the freezer for at least 2 hours, then apply to the painful part. The compress can be: Heated in the microwave for a hot action in case of muscle pain, contracture, arthritis. Fresh and cold in the fridge or freezer for a cold action in case of hematomas, tears, blows, dental pain.
