Usage tips

Olfactory atmosphere : alone or in a mixture, by evaporation.
Atmospheric diffusion : alone or mixed in a diffuser by nebulization.
Cutaneous application : diluted 5 to 30% in vegetable oil.
Oral intake: diluted in a little edible vegetable oil. 1 drop twice a day.
Dry inhalation : 1 to 2 drops on a handkerchief.
Facial sauna : 1 to 2 drops in a bowl of boiling water.
Care for problem skin : exposing the face for 3 to 5 minutes to a steamer with added Geranium Bourbon essential oil helps eliminate impurities and cleanse the skin. For direct application, dilute in jojoba oil.
Serenity : breathing 1 or 2 drops on a handkerchief helps to regain calm.
Relaxation : diffusion of 8 drops of Bourbon Geranium essential oil + 4 drops of Petitgrain Bigaradier essential oil allows you to relax better after a day's work.
